Honestly, I had a really good experience here. I was kinda expecting the usual stressful dealership vibe, but it wasn’t like that at all. Everyone was chill and easy to talk to, and I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. They helped me find a car that fit what I wanted, and they were patient while I figured everything out. They explained everything clearly too, which I appreciated because I didn’t want any surprises. The whole process was smoother than I thought it would be, and I left feeling good about my purchase. Definitely would come back here and recommend it to other people.

I called and asked about a red VW golf the dealer had for sale on the lot. The car was listed for $9,495 and I asked for the best price on the vehicle, which the person on the phone said was $9,000, but would be open to further negotiation when I came to look at the vehicle. When I came to look at the car, and began to talk numbers, the sales person said he had no conversation about this. When I gave more details about the phone call, he said I was talking about a different car, which is far from the fact, when I specifically mentioned this red golf, not a different grey more expensive one. This dealer absolutely wasted my time, did not honor his word, and he was completely unprofessional.

Two years ago, I bought my first car at this dealership . I'm still driving the same car, and since then, I've consistently returned for all maintenance. Additionally, I've done two or three detailed cleanings over time. The business model at Direct Auto Sales isn't just about making a one-time sale; it's focused on helping people, ensuring their satisfaction, and encouraging them to return due to the excellent service provided in this industry.
