I came to Ft. Lauderdale from Key West to look at cars on Tues, 4/14. I had been to a few other used car dealers in the area that wanted $20k for 2015 models and the vehicles were mid. When I arrived at Direct Deal, a few minutes from my hotel, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by a young man named Abel who was very attentive and customer focused. Not soon after my arrival, I met Richard who I believe is the owner. Although he had a tight schedule, he started intake of my information while I test drove vehicles, not immwdiately running a credit app and allowing me to take time to make a decision. I appreciated this because other experiences were very different from this approach. After some time and being prioritized I was able to drive away in the exact vehicle I came to see/test drive. I made it all the way back to KW without issue and the journey was smooth. Between Richard and Abel, I got the kind of car I wanted with GAP, 2 year warranty, TT&T and a comfortable down payment. I wish I had came here first and saved myself the trouble. Definitely 10/10, I would recommend.
