# Summary The dealership receives highly polarized reviews, with satisfied customers praising the knowledgeable and personable sales staff for delivering pressure-free experiences and fair pricing, while dissatisfied customers report significant administrative errors, undisclosed price changes, and inconsistent service quality. The stark contrast between five-star and one-star ratings suggests performance varies considerably depending on individual staff members and transaction circumstances.

The minute I walked into Dirito Brothers in January of this year, I had a good feeling! Ana greeted my husband and I so warmly and she took the time to show me the VW Tiguan SEL R Line Turbo, as well as other trims. Although I test drove other cars that day, I knew the Tiguan was the car for me. The color I wanted (Avocado) is rare and needed to be ordered, and Ana helped us with this. I picked up my car today, and the big red bow on top was such a sweet and thoughtful touch, and I am absolutely in LOVE with my new car! Everyone we worked with today to finalize the sale was wonderful (Ana, Jim and Erin). I love my first experience at Dirito Brothers and I highly recommend this dealership. Ana was a dream to work with- I never felt pressure, she communicated with me while we waited for my vehicle to be built, and she is incredibly knowledgable, personable, and patient, I am a very happy customer!

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. We went to this dealership to purchase our leased VW at the end of our lease. Before coming in, we called and agreed on the purchase price. When we arrived, they had prepared all the paperwork for financing, even though we had never said we wanted to finance or discussed financing at all. After correcting that mistake, the dealership asked us to sign documents for a vehicle that wasn't even ours. The VIN and registration belonged to another customer's car, and we were shown that customer's information. We were the ones who caught the mistake. After they finally located the correct paperwork for our vehicle, the purchase price was suddenly $500 higher than the price we had agreed on over the phone. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes or honoring the agreed-upon price, the sales manager told us, "If you don't like it, you can just return the car. We're not trying to sell a car." That comment was both shocking and unprofessional. It made me wonder: if a car dealership isn't trying to sell cars, what exactly are they doing? Everyone makes mistakes, but professionalism is measured by how those mistakes are handled. Between the incorrect paperwork, the disclosure of another customer's information, the change in price, and the rude attitude from management, this was one of the most unprofessional dealership experiences we've ever had. If you're considering doing business here, double-check every document before signing and verify every price carefully. Based on our experience, I would not trust this dealership to handle an important transaction without reviewing everything yourself.

Nadja A helped me get an amazing deal on an exciting new car. The process was comfortable and calm. Dirito knows how to treat customers with trust, respect and absolutely ZERO aggressive sales tactics. Even let me test drive on my own - just handed me the keys and said "See what you think!" I have purchased 10+ cars and that was a first. The price was more than fair, they were willing to negotiate the best deal for my trade-in, and even gave me a lower interest rate than my own credit union. I feel lucky to have had such a positive experience but it happened for me so maybe it can happen for others too!

Working with Zack Tziolis was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As someone buying a car for the first time, I was nervous going in, but Zack immediately put me at ease with his professionalism, honesty, and approachable personality. He never rushed me and made sure I fully understood all my options before moving forward. Zack took the time to listen and explain the process clearly and thoroughly, which made a huge difference. I felt informed, confident, and supported the entire time rather than overwhelmed. The overall atmosphere at the dealership was welcoming, and the manager was just as great to work with. I’m incredibly happy with my purchase and grateful I had Zack’s help along the way. If you’re in the market for a car and want someone you can trust, I highly recommend Zack Tziolis and this dealership.

Was told i need to spend over $1k on a replacing a leaky cam cover seal, inspection video had no volume so I could only take the sales team's word for it. Went to two other reputable locations, Autohaus and M Service, both said car looks great and said the seal is only showing minor seepage and isn't worth cost of repair until it actually shows signs of leaking. Passionless customer service and poor follow up about the poor customer service. Overall, it was a cold, transactional experience and won't be coming back.
