Danny is a fair and honest dealer who stands by his word. Highly recommended! I live in Asheville and expressed interest in a Tacoma on the day it was posted. While it drew a lot of interest, Danny respected that I was driving over an hour and held off on showing the vehicle. Further, he was willing to stay late until I could arrive after my work day. During the sales process he was available for questions but otherwise gave me the keys and kept his distance. He had zero pushiness, sales pitch, or hovering. The price point on the vehicle was very fair. Danny operates with no hidden costs, doc fees, ect. The price is exactly what is listed. Prior to my drive up, he had disclosed that the 4x4 needed a new transfer switch which he anticipated being less than $500 to repair, and had already ordered the part to resolve the issue. I proceeded to leave a deposit and sign on the vehicle with an additional document stating his responsibility for the 4WD to work properly. Long story short, the repair ended up requiring a Toyota dealer and racked up more than $3,000. While I'm sure this was frustrating, he didn't complain and stood by his word of repairing the vehicle in the condition he had committed to me. Further, the Toyota dealer did a full inspection and did not find any issues/recommendations. Highly impressed with Danny. I'm a month into driving the truck and couldn't be happier with it. Fair and honest car dealers do exist!
