Great place to work with and now looking at a purchase

Drove almost 4 hours to pickup a motor and Jason made is as easy as possible! Extremely well priced and friendly people. I need various motors/transmissions often and will definitely be making the drive again!

Bought a SUV from here it died few blks away. I had no choice but to call a tow company and have it dropped off back at the dealer. I ask for my money back and they refused. Claimed it was just a dead battery so they put in a used battery and I had to trailer the vehicle home. I'd bring a mechanic with me next time as Kellogg during rush hour is a horrible place to break down. The staff wasn't bad. Pretty nice actually compared to others in town.

It's supposed to be four and half stars. Overall the process was quick an painless. I have searched for well over a year to find a car within my budget, but never was able to until I came here. They are off the beaten path, so finding them requires an assist from google. I ended up purchasing a 1999 Honda Accord, which I enjoy greatly. The biggest hiccups in an otherwise efficient process was that it was initially missing the rear view mirror and the battery, despite be jumped, was dead. They quickly put on the rearview and supposedly checked the battery. I end up going to Walmart in Derby to pick up so stuff and the battery is dead, like refuses to jump, dead. I call back, I and I am not completely sure if was the owner or someone else, informs that maintenance is out. Now at this point I am irked, stuck at Walmart nearly 30 to 40 minutes from where I live with no way to get back. Now what they did at this point shows me their integrity. The man I spoke said if I buy a battery and bring the receipt back he will reimburse me. Instead of blaming fault on anyone else, they basically said our bad let's take care of it. All I had to do was buy a battery, simple. Well not quite, due to Covid-19 Walmart was unable to install the battery. Switching gears, I call the roadside assistance my insurance provides. Both are no dice when comes to installing a battery, then comes a savior in the form of a buddy who happens to live on McConnell. He lends me his time and helps replace the battery. 2 and some odd hours later in a hot car, everything is in order. It turns on and since then it has been smooth.
