My experience buying a car from Amie at Discovery Honda could not have been better. She immediately understood that I did not want pressure. I asked to test drive two cars back to back for comparison. We went to the dealership, first car was warmed up and ready to go. Returned from that test drive, next car was warmed up and ready. We did two test drives in under an hour and were on our way home to think in peace. Amie knew we wanted a simple, straightforward, no pressure purchase, and that’s exactly what we got. She treated us the way you’d expect a friend to treat you, even though we had never met before! Truly a very heartwarming experience and one I would recommend to anyone. Second time purchasing from Discovery Honda, our first was a brand new CRV and this time, a “new to us” Odyssey. We had a great experience back in 2023 and decided to come back again based on the experience we had and they didn’t disappoint! Excellent customer service and care, we dealt with one of the Sales Managers (Winter) and can’t say enough! Highly recommend Discovery Honda if you are looking for a low pressure purchasing experience with exceptional client care.

Purchased a car here 2 days ago. Nice looking 2021 CR-V, it’s already had its first no-start. Very poor communication and a total disregard for your time. I would not recommend this dealership, take your money elsewhere.

A car salesperson and dealership that listened to their customer, went the extra mile, and didn't try to shove their agenda down our throats! So worth the trip south from Nanaimo.
