Dishman Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep

What an amazing day we were taking such good care of by Parker in sales so easy best time ever buying a truck!!! And to Clint in financing thank you for making it painless as you could I could not ask for a better experience at Dishman Dodge. This is our fourth vehicle we bought from you. It gets better every time.

Fantastic Dealership! Fantastic local business family! Been buying cars from Dishman since 2003 and will continue to purchase my vehicles from there. Never had a bad experience and have always been treated with kindness. Five stars isn't enough.

My 2004 dodge ram 3500 has had an airbag light on since I have owned the truck. It also needed the airbags replaced for a recall. I took the truck in for the airbag recall and when I picked up the truck from service the airbag light was still on. I immediately went back to the service department and asked if they could clear the light. I was told in order to figure out why the light was on they would have to diagnose the cause which they would have to charge me to do so. I declined. I think it’s ridiculous that they will install new airbags for the recall but with the air bags light being on there is no guarantee that they would work because there could be a fault in the system. Basically they were like hey we will install these new parts that will keep you safe but we know that your airbag system is compromised and that the air bag system may or may not work. Kind of a joke I thought. I understand that you have to charge people for labor. But they could have at least diagnosed why the air bag system was compromised and told me. How do they know that the new air bags they installed aren’t the cause of the fault in the system with the air bag light on without a diagnosis . Won’t be going back here ever again. They basically checked there box for the recall and don’t care about your safety at all.

I want to say that I was very nervous going in to buy a new jeep. Im in the middle of a divorce and I did this huge thing by myself. The staff here were amazing and helpful. Very kind and patient. Edger was fantastic and helped me emotionally through the sale. Happy to know there are decent honest sales people out there not taking advantage.

Worst of my life!! Would have give an 0. Incompetence, rude staff, incompetent manager shall I go on? Brought my 2019 Dodge 1500 limited edition longhorn in issues with unable to start. New battery, new alternator, 3500 dollars later still back to square one. Brought back x2. Still no answer other than it is working fine. This vehicle by definition still new with 45000. I would rather have a Gen Z teenager work on it!!
