Fantastic dealership! I drove over 3 hours to buy a vehicle from Anthony and he waited well past closing time for me to arrive! Anthony and his colleague Martin took there time answering all my questions and went above and beyond to make the entire transaction a smooth process! I highly recommend buying a vehicle from these gentleman at this dealership!!! I’m am extremely satisfied with my vehicle purchase and will most certainly purchase another vehicle from these gentleman in the future!!! These two gentleman are consummate professionals!!!

I was very excited about my purchase until I realized that there seems to be an error on my loan paperwork. The sales price was significantly increased from the listed price. I sent an email requesting an explanation and hopefully the matter can be resolved amicably. Also, I explained that credit was not an issue, so I'm wondering the reason the sales rep recommended a car loan thru a company for individuals with bad credit? I thought I was in good hands but I don't feel that way anymore. If you are seeking to buy a car from Distinct Imports, do your due diligence and secure a loan beforehand or pay cash. Do not use the electronic signature feature. Have the paperwork printed, read carefully and check the sales price to make sure it is what you want.

I almost had a great experience here. Unfortunately, after they had run my credit, the owner would not honor the price I felt I had agreed upon with the salesperson. I had already owned a Prius and wanted to buy another. The price was over both the CarFax and Blue Book “fair price” by $639. I asked them to match that sales price and was told they could work with that. I also confirmed the car had a warranty. The finance person was running late due to traffic and an accident. They were told the updated price over the phone. When they arrived, they ran my credit, and started the purchase process. Then they asked if I wanted a warranty. I clarified that I was just going with the agreed upon 3 month warranty they offered. At that point (with most of my morning taken up and my credit already run), I was told that I couldn’t have the deal I felt was already made. I told them that left a bad taste in my mouth, and they asked what they could do to “make it right.” Clearly, the right thing to do was honor our agreement. So the finance person called the owner and asked. The owner refused to honor the lower price. This would have been a 5-star experience without the owner being stingy over $600 on a $15k purchase. The associates I worked with were quick, kind, and polite. But if you can’t trust an owner to honor their agreements, why would you shop there? A few other negatives I wouldn’t have mentioned had this not happened: - There was a giant floor stain hidden by the temporary mats in the back seat. - The gas tank was almost empty, and they don’t fill it for you. - Bird poop on the car door once it had been “cleaned up.” - Didn’t fill slightly flat tires as agreed. - One of the buttons to lower the back seat for extra storage was broken with a pointy screw sticking out of a ragged hole. In summary, working with the team at Distinct Imports was fairly smooth and easy. Unfortunately, the owner cares more about a few bucks than the customer’s experience.

This is how they talk to you. I put my info into carzing. I was just scrolling clicking on cars and for some reason it notified every dealer that car I clicked. But this guy's is cocky and trust me save your time not going to people like this. Look how they talk to people who give a bad review

I bought a car, it was amazing, I enjoyed the experience. It was the best buy, and I can add that it is a very good deal. it was very pressure-free. No fuss. The prices were amazing. The staff was very wonderful!! The office was very clean and professional! I strongly recommend everyone to go to this company to buy a car
