I recently purchased a pre‑owned 2024 Outlander from Dixie Mitsubishi, and the entire experience was fantastic. Rim was the salesperson who helped us, and she was excellent from start to finish. She was professional and friendly, and made sure we had all the information required to make a proper decision. We are very happy with the purchase. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we noticed a few scuffs that we did not notice before. Ashray, the manager said to bring it back and they would buff them out. Brought the vehicle back a few days later and within 15 minutes it was all done. Looked great. That extra care and attention meant a lot and really showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend Rim and Dixie Mitsubishi to anyone considering a Mitsubishi purchase.

I purchased used Rav 4 from Dixie Mitsubishi. They gave me Safety certificate and there was a chip (stone chip on windshields ) Looks like a fake safety certificate. After delivery they have very poor service . Sales person do not pick calls and never call you back . Verse dealership in Mississauga. I paid 1500 extra for cash purchase, No dealer like Honda ford or other charge extra for cash purchase .Be very careful going and buying a car. Very very poor service This picture was taken outside their showroom before pick up. Zoom picture and see the issue . They have refused to repair it saying we don’t care after delivery. I called Dixie Mitsubhi 15 times No call back Owner told me we will fix it and gave me manager extension. Today I talked to Manager he told me stop calling us we can not do anything. This is a harassment to me. I made a big mistake buying from Dixie Mitsubhi. Be careful guys do not play with your hard earned money as they have very poor after purchase service I will say zero service .Manger of used car was so rude on the phone that was not expected.
