Had a great experience buying a 2002 BMW 530i from this shop. They communicated great, provided extra photos and videos on request, and even gave me a discount from their online price. Elia worked with me to make sure all my questions were answered and provided great customer service. My only gripe is that they described the car as mint, but I took it for a PPI and it had an array of problems - mostly minor though. After mentioning these issues they were not flexible on price which was disappointing but the price was still fair. Overall would recommend, very professional and smooth purchasing process!

The salesperson was helpful and understood our interest in having the vehicle inspected before the purchase. Even though the process took a few days, the dealer never rushed us as we left a deposit to hold it.
