My husband had a 10:30 am appt Monday morning. We got there at 10:09 am. The appointment was for a tire rotation ONLY. They rotated the tires and didn't put the correct air pressure in the tires. In addition, I asked them to look at my transmission for a leak. He said, "transmission guy is gone and won't be back for five days". Just to move the tires from one point to another took them til 1pm. Instead of apologizing for the long wait, the service guy said, "Monday is never a good day for servicing a vehicle". If that's the case, why schedule appointments on Monday?
