Went in to literally only test drive a spesific vehicle. Mark Sugar was fantastic in not only finding me one to drive, but explaining everything in detail. Sharla was beyond fantastic as well, never made us feel bad about our situation and was super easy to communicate with when asking 1001 questions before commiting to a purchase. Will charge $70 for “shop supplies” every time but claim it’s “up to a maximum of” and then proceed to be unable to answer what for which isn’t ideal. Unfortunate communication so lots of bringing the car back in and waiting and never getting anywhere but their customer service resolution and treatment while you are there is lovely. The shuttle drivers, Gena, and Mark were great at resolving an unfortunate experience for me.

I have been dealing with Mike Zogheib at Dodge City for years now. I've bought a number of vehicle from him and have always been very satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism. I've bought 3 new vehicles and at least 5 used from Mike. he works out of the Used Car Office but he is my go to guy for New Vehicles as well.

Purchased a used vehicle from Dodge City during COVID with no issues. We returned this month to find a vehicle with the assistance of Josh in sales. The Sales Manager, Brent came over and introduced himself, which was positive. With a variety of selection options, we found a good used vehicle with no difficulties. Amy in financing was super and made the financing process painless. No concerns or issues with the staff. The complimentary mugs were a nice touch! Keep up the great customer service Dodge City!
