I just wanted to give a shoutout to service representative Eric McGraw he is just wonderful. I bought my vehicle through LHM and added extended warranty and gap. He reviewed my service contract and explained everything as well as my deductible. He’s very honest and personable I definitely recommend going to him for any vehicle maintenance. Especially if it’s your first time coming here for service ask for him. Before this vehicle I had another vehicle at another dealership and they were not honest you almost feel like you’re paying for stuff you don’t even need or continue to fix the same issue. I’ve also experienced service advisors who do not follow up but Eric does, he provides updates along the way. The entire team is wonderful. Everyone is always welcoming and helpful. They have complimentary snacks and drinks while you wait. The restrooms are also maintained and clean. If you need transportation to your home or to your work while your vehicle is getting worked on they also offer complimentary uber just ask your service advisor first for this request. 02/27/2026 If you’re anything like me and are determined to get exactly what you want but need someone to just listen to you. Then Triston is your go to salesman. You won’t find him at his desk as he is out on the floor selling vehicle(s). You can either ask for him at the front desk or also call and ask for him and they’ll transfer you to him. If I can describe Triston in one word it would be hardworking. He absolutely did not stop trying to find me a vehicle I liked with ALL my requests. I was very impressed by his eagerness to find me a vehicle of my liking but also knowledgeable to advise me of vehicles that wouldn’t make sense for me. Sometimes when financing a vehicle it can be challenging finding something without a salesman being too pushy or putting you in something that you don’t even like just so they can make a sale off you. At LHM that will not happen if you go with Triston. I also highly recommend adding GAP & extended warranty, yes it will increase your monthly payments but it will also help you in the long run trust me. I have financed 3 vehicles with LHM and I’ve always walked out happy. I got my 2016 Dodge Challenger, 2021 Ford Escape and my 2022 Dodge Charger. Don't let the construction at the front fool you—they are definitely open for business! While it looks like a work zone from the street as they remodel, the experience inside is anything but chaotic. ​I worked with Raul, and he was fantastic. The whole team is top-notch and made the entire process incredibly efficient. I found the exact truck I was looking for, we crunched the numbers quickly, and I was in and out in no time. ​The handoff to Chris in finance was the smoothest part of the day. Guillermo is amazing! He went all the way to Peoria, Arizona to bring us the Ram we wanted. He was extremely attentive, answered every question, and made sure all our concerns were addressed. We will definitely keep buying from him!

Took my car for a service here it was a standard fuel injector service, keep in mind i also got a multi-point inspection and recommended i have a coolant exchange (which i denied). Next day my car completely stops on the road because it overheated. Luckily i was a minute away from my house and was able to turn the car off and back on and safely park it. I had to have it towed to a different mechanic the next day. Guess they told me, radiator cap was left off! Coolant was spewing all over my engine. So i call the dealer ship and tell them what the mechanic told me and they tried to tell me for a fuel injector service they wouldn’t have touched the radiator cap. Okay so I received a multi point inspection and was recommended a coolant exchange all without the radiator cap coming off to do an actual inspection? rightttt… so they told me to come in and luckily it was nothing serious and they just replaced my coolant and put my cap back on but it really could’ve been so much worse, blown head gasket etc it’s because it wasn’t so serious that i didn’t go in and nor will i ever again. I tried to get a direct email contact for tony the service director was told id be sent the best contact for him and never did, all i wanted was to send all the evidence and for tony and his team to own up to their mistakes. This was a complete lack of respect and pure negligence. Do not get your car serviced here. It sucks because i also got my car here, this is how you treat your customers? do better. Also might i add the person who serviced my car left a tool in there… yeah goes even further to show negligence and forgetfulness there’s no excuse.
