Got appt on line for oil change, tire rotation and inspection..follow up call from dealership and was very helpful. Specifically asked for TPMS quote, confirmed on call. Arrived for appt went to waiting room. 2 hours. No TPMS quote, said would email with other recommendations in 1 to 2 hours, still not received. If there was an issue in service bay to cause delay, why not tell me? Was only person in waiting area for almost the entire 2 hours. Will need to go to a different dealership for new inspection recommendations and quotes. Unfortunately will need to drive further

OMG This company is rip off, Their used car & parts department is will do every possible way to rip you off. If there was a Negative (-5) stars i would select it. Charged me for the parts and they even did not install it. Spoke to parts & used car lot manager both denied wrong doing and lie to hide the reality. I will never recommend any one unless to get ripped off.
