I highly recommend this dealership. Cody Issac’s was my sales person. He and the rest of his team went above and beyond to make sure I had the vehicle and financing that I was wanting. I drove 8 1/2 hours one way to do business with them. Very pleased. Thank you to Jody George at the Glasgow Don Franklin location for finding the vehicle and sending me to them.

Speaking for service department only as I have not bought a vehicle from them. I used this dodge dealer religiously when it was Tim short. I have gave them 3 chances this is my experience with each chance. 1. Ac compressor went out I have the extended warranty that covered it. Called made an appointment was told by service advisor would be 2 days 7 days later I finally get the truck back. 2. Routine oil change changed oil put 5-40 in instead of the recommended 0-40 then when I got back home I smelled burnt oil opened hood. They have spilled oil all over the side of my block not just alittle looked like whole quart and didn’t bother to clean it. 3rd and final strike. Starter was acting up took it in starter job takes 30 minutes max. Was told IF they have a starter they’d have it done Friday. Well I called behind their back to their parts department and they had one in stock. So Friday around noon I called to be told they was waiting on warranty. I called warranty they said dealership had not called in until Friday morning. Truck was there since my APPOINTMENT at 0900 Thursday morning. Warranty told me takes up to 24 hours to approve job. So of course was not done Friday because they couldn’t turn it into warranty the whole day they had it Thursday. So was told would be done by Monday as they ain’t open on Saturdays. Called noon Monday was told warranty hadn’t got back with them yet I called warranty again and was told they are approving it asap. Finally got the 30 minute job done in 4 days. I hope this is not the Don Franklin way since they have bought the dealership out but I will not be usuing this dealership for anything service related anymore. And will not be buying any vehicles here because you’ll just have to take it to another town and totally different named dealership to get stuff fixed in a timely and professional manner.

Purchased our 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon yesterday and we couldn’t be more pleased with our sales experience. Everything was very transparent and smooth! Shout out to Cody, Steve, and Brandon for taking such great care of us!

Dropped my car off on the 9th for repair. They quoted me $3500 and told me it would be about 4-5 days. They called me back and told me the new quote was $4900, I didn’t have the budget for that, so I told them I would just pick it back up and pay the shop fee. They called back and told me they got the quote down to $4315.23, I gave the go ahead. I’ve been unable to get ahold of anyone for several days since, they don’t answer the phone or return calls. Finally got ahold of someone today, at this point we are on day 11, at first they couldn’t find my car or information after several minutes of looking they come back and inform me that they haven’t even pulled my car into the garage yet and it’s going to be another week. I feel as though I’ve been lied to and treated in an unprofessional manner. Will update review when I get back to reflect what I feel internally of repair Picked my car up after 21 days. I’ve driven it about 20-30 miles and it made a loud crashing sound, and now pops and jerks. Luckily it happened in my parking lot so no was able to immediately park it. Will update with how they resolve the issue
