I want to give a shout out to Eddie and the guys in the body shop at Don Franklin, our 22 Toyota RAV4 was hit in May and first thought was Southern Ky Collision (it came recommended). They had our car for about 2 weeks, when we went to get it we were shocked to see what a terrible job they had done matching the colors and only offered to “blend it” to try to make it better and then told the insurance company we wanted something fixed not related to accident. We got opinions of professional body men at Don Franklin, first he said “nothing would have left their business looking like that. We had to pay ourselves to get the car back to looking as it was when we bought it but we are glad we did, previous work was a joke! Thank you Eddie Gassaway

Excellent service. Usually in and out of oil changes in under an hour. I bought a truck that developed a shimmy at around 130k miles. They replaced the transmission under their drivetrain warranty. All I had to pay was a $100 deductible. One of the most hassle free experiences I've had.
