My wife and I recently purchased a GMC Sierra from Don Franklin Auto. We had the pleasure of having Ransom as our salesperson. Ransom acted professionally and friendly. He was not "pushy" with us. Ransom presented the truck that fit our needs, described the product to us and he negotiated fairly. Once we all agreed to a price, Ransom assisted us with the complete closing of our deal. I bought a sierra 1500 2023 and is the 3rd time that i have to come to the dealer with the sane issue. Employees are nice but, the car still with the issue that isn’t solved yet. The reason that I m here is for the record. My warranty is about to expire soon and I don’t have to have to fix it later myself!

Andre Was amazing, bought a 2021 F150 Platinum they had it warmed up and ready to test drive when I showed up, they answered any and all questions that I had. Detailed and filled the truck up with fuel before purchase was completed and allowed me to take a thorough test drive before making any decisions. I also did not feel pressured at all.
My husband & I had a great experience buying our vehicle at the Lexington, Richmond Rd location. The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, he wasn't pushy & answered all our questions. The Service Dept was great to work with also. No complaints at all!
