Collin worked with me when I had to unexpectedly purchase a vehicle after a total loss collision. From the jump he was able to transfer the original vehicle I was interested in (2024 Sorento) and listened to what I was looking for to replace my SUV. I was pretty adamant about not going back to the same vehicle I had due to emotional reasons, and he suggested a Hyundai Santa Fe. He said “you’ll either love it or hate it”, and I ended up LOVING it. Test drove the Sorento as planned but ended up back with the Santa Fe. Lawrence and Collin worked with me to obtain financing that worked with my budget under less than ideal circumstances, and it was truly the easiest and best car shopping experience I’ve ever had.

For about a year and a half we have talked about finding a new vehicle, when it was time they matched me with Irene to help me find a nice and reliable car. She had picked out a few different vehicles for me to look at, and the first one I saw was perfect for me and exactly what I needed.

Collin was friendly, patient, and very helpful. The team here understands the stress of car buying, and they try to make it as uncomplicated and personalized as possible. We didn't expect to be able to take home a car the same day, but they are really willing to work with their customers to meet their needs.
