Everyone was down to earth, supportive and professional. I identified a vehicle that I was interested in online and reached out to see if it was still available. Quick response and scheduled a time for Friday @ 10am and was told to ask for Domingo or Gonzalo. When I arrived I met Aaron and asked for Domingo or Gonzalo and never saw or heard from them and ended up working with Aaron. Aaron was new in sales but did a fine job ... got the car for me, went on test drive and he advertised the chip repair, dent repair and XX number of months warranty that were included .... but failed to mention it was a required dealer add on at a cost of 1900 ... Maybe I should have asked more questions or reviewed numbers closer ... just didn't realize it until it was all signed and done. Just ended up leaving with a bad taste in my mouth ... but did get the car.

Salesperson was excellent. Was disappointed in that it took us '4' hours though to purchase the vehicle that we had researched and was hoping to be in and out within just a few hours. Overall though ... was still a positive experience. Would look at using them in the future.
