I had a really great experience buying my car from VW Hewlitt Georgetown! Paloma was awesome to work with—she was super helpful, really kind and easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated, and followed up with me on updates i had requested. Overall, the whole team was welcoming and professional, and they honored their word on the car. I’d definitely recommend VW Georgetown, and if you can, ask for Paloma as she is just wonderful.

We came in knowing for sure we were getting my husband his truck after test driving it. I had previously test drove the Equinox and loved it - but, was unsure how the market was sitting and how it would go to get both. All along the way Victor was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and never rushed us. He ensured he looked out for our best interest and got us great deals. Once we sat with Tyler at the Fiannce table - he ensured we understood everything we were signing and protecting our investments. Both were professional, happy to help, and made the experience enjoyable! Tyler was meticulous and covered the information great. Victor ensured to follow up when we didn't catch him before we left. (We thought he was with another customer when we couldn't see him) Absolutely recommend anyone to work with Victor on finding their best fit!

You did not state to me that the vehicle was used; however, you did inform the service advisor at Covert that it was used and even referenced the Carfax to support that claim. Yes, the vehicle was lifted two inches. As I previously stated — and as you agreed — the lift works within all factory specifications and does not require any sensor adjustments. Given your role overseeing vehicle service, your continued assertion otherwise is concerning and inconsistent with what was previously discussed. To be clear, as you acknowledged, no adjustment to that sensor was necessary after the lift. You also agreed that the lift installation was straightforward and did not require any work near the front bumper. In contrast, the emblem installation did require removal of front-end components. You acknowledged that as well. The fact that the installation took over two hours, and that your service advisor informed me the front end had to be removed because the process was more difficult than expected, strongly suggests the front assembly was taken apart during the process. Based on the damage discovered, it is reasonable to conclude that something occurred during that removal and was not properly disclosed. This raises serious concerns regarding transparency and integrity at your dealership. Regarding Trident Motorsports, they have agreed to assist with the installation — not because they were at fault, but because they are operating in good faith and are making an effort to help resolve a customer issue professionally.

I recently purchased a 2023 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss from Hewlett Chevy. I do not buy a different vehicle very often because I do not look forward to the process. Plus I usually drive things to the full potential. I used 2 folks that a friend of mine has used before and highly recommended. They were very courteous and professional. I am not a big technology person and Nicole Allred made me feel at ease as we went thru the technology on the Trail Boss. Tyler Chauvin did a great job of helping me with all the financing questions. They made it so easy that instead of the typical multi-hour process of the old days they had everything ready to sign when I returned to the dealership after being sick for a couple days and not able to get there. After trading with Hewlett Chevy now and in the past I definitely will use them again and recommend them.

I went in recently for my first time car buying experience on my own. My mom accompanied me, and we were hoping to work with Brandon as he sold her a car here years ago. Unfortunately, Brandon no longer is there, but Jason paired us with Carlos and let me say, Carlos was FANTASTIC. As a young lady buying a car, I was hesitant to even go into a dealership with all the shark tactics and secret fees and manipulation you hear about, but at Don Hewlett, they’re so friendly and patient. I told Carlos exactly what I was looking for in a Chevy Equinox, and he found me several options and even was able to find other options when I didn’t like what he initially found me. He stuck with my preferences and explained what they had available that would fit my preferences. I was hesitant to go with a particular feature of the vehicle, but Carlos helped reassure me and answer all my questions and concerns, and get me a quote which I took time to think over for a day before deciding. He was not pushy or anything. I asked so many questions, some maybe even silly or ridiculous, but he answered every one of them to the best of his abilities and without judgement. He also explained to me all my options and how the price you see is what you get with no extra or hidden fees, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely shop here again and recommend it for anyone out car shopping. Head inside and ask for Carlos, he truly is fantastic!
