Don Hill Pontiac Jeep

I show up money in hand to buy a car and Noone even bothered to shoe up to work don't put you're open when you don't even show up. We came 3 times thinking we came to early, lunch or something. Waste of time. I wanted a car on the lot too. Not that there was many to begin with they have 9 on the lot. Thats it. But I guess I'll buy a car elsewhere. Monday-saturday 9-5 sign needs to be taken down. It's Wednesday and you've been closed day.

We purchased a new car from Toyota of Kingsport. About 6 months later there was an accident which the insurance company paid for. We had the Don Hill body shop do the repair. One year later while in the Toyota of Kingsport shop for routine maintenance we asked them to check a noise in the front right of the car (the area damaged in the collision) that had just developed. The technician came into the waiting room and asked me when the car had been wrecked. I told him. He showed how the axle in the right front was damaged/bent. The stress of the bent axle wore out the u-joints on it. It cost $900 to repair. It should have been part of the original repair but this body shop missed it. So beware. They are not thorough. It was a superficial repair. But the exterior looked great. Their response: if you can prove this was caused by that wreck to your insurance company, we'll fix it. My response to myself, it'll be a cold day.

A deer jumped into the side of my car, and I was referred to Don Hill's collision center by a friend who had good experiences with them. I have an older car and just wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. Before I was settled in to my chair in the waiting room, they had manipulated the fender by hand to move a piece of plastic that was rubbing on the tire. They gave me the piece of mind I needed that the car was good to drive, and they didn't charge me for their time! While I hope that I do not need their collision repair service anytime soon, they have definitely earned my business when/if it's needed.

I was rear ended in November 2021 and had my 2018 M5 competition taken to Don Hill collision. The past 10 months have been a nightmare! After 3-4 months and zero calls from the body shop I decided to stop by. I was told my car would be finished in a couple weeks. Well 10 months in and still no car. Not only that I’ve been told no less than 10 times that my car would guaranteed be done in one week! Lol by the way I have never been contacted by phone, email, text etc…. Not once! The insurance company got involved and tried to help but nothing changed. And the issue isn’t parts or supplies it’s staff and management! Employees quit, new wrecks come in and get bumped to the front of the line etc.. I gave up a couple months ago and went ahead and purchased a new vehicle ( not kidding) And keep in mind that I have purchased several brand new BMWs and a couple preowned. Ask yourself this, If they’ll treat me this way, how will they treat you? I’m a “valuable customer” lol
