All the staff was great. They worked with me to keep the price with in my range. They also were able to complete the transaction with my credit union. It took about two hours to do. It was a pretty painless one stop shop. Much different from prior experiences I've had when the sales department worked on commission.

We had such a great experience with Jodi and Ryan, came over from MN to pick up a gorgeous Lexus GX. Amazing experience with both of them, and the cars condition was incredible for the mileage. Definitively would heartily recommend.

I took my car in for rear brakes. My rear brakes/ back of the car started squeaking and making noise. I call and was told they’re pretty sure what’s causing it and I can bring it in for a 5 min fix. These guys do a very good job, but having to return with even a simple issue like this when I live 35 miles away should have been caught before I left the dealership. So a 4 on this one

Yet another great experience with Timber Ford! I just used the mobile service for the first time, which I became aware of when they were giving away free wiper blades (another lifesaver). I needed a new battery when mine died yet again in the recent cold weather. They got me in the very next morning even though they were busy, got the job done quickly, and answered some of my questions as well. It was easy to pay from the link sent by text and email. I’m a single mom and have so much peace of mind knowing I always have reliable service for my vehicle!
