⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sher was incredibly helpful in finding my wife the perfect 2026 Cadillac Escalade at Don Thornton Cadillac. From start to finish, she was amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. At delivery, she took the time to explain everything and go over the vehicle in detail, making sure we were completely comfortable before leaving. Josh in finance was just as great. He was very thorough, answered all of our questions, and made the process smooth with no pressure whatsoever. Both Josh and Sher truly made us feel like family throughout the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and respected. The team took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Cinthia (CC) helped me at DTC. CC was professional, caring, and went above and beyond. I had an Acura and we wanted something bigger for our family. She drove the vehicle to me several times, which was clutch as it is very hard for me to leave my job during an 8-5 work day. DTC let me test drive a few cars for a few days so I felt comfortable with the ultimate choice. When we decided which car to purchase, CC was there. No nonsense. They did not waste my time. They gave me a fair value for the trade-in. CC had a screwdriver on her and even changed the tags. CC then taught me about the technical parts of the vehicle and connected my phone to the vehicle. CC was just great - and DTC made a process (purchasing a car), which I usually do not like at all a very pleasant experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DTC - especially with CC and Sher! Recently bought a 2014 C7 Corvette from Carl at this dealership, he was extremely professional and helpful and willing to go above and beyond! My only complaint is that it took a couple hours from when I arrived. Overall 4.5/5 stars because Carl is such a great salesman and If I ever need another vehicle in the future, I’ll be looking at this dealership in Carl specifically to make that purchase happen

Don Thornton Cadillac is the place you wanna go for a new Caddy. They have the best customer service around. This guy in the vest was my salesman, his name is Carl. He helped me get exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a beautiful Cadillac and great customer service to come here. It was a wonderful experience and a great atmosphere.
