Do yourself a favor if you are interested in buying a used car from Don Valley North Lexus , take it to your mechanic for an inspection. Don Valley North Lexus values profitability over customer's safety. They chose to ignore excessive shoulder wear on front tires and were adamant that tires met ministry safety standard. Unfortunately we have very lame safety standard in Ontario. According to MTO safety regulation tire tread depth must be above 1.5 mm in major groove. To DVNL executives .... Yes the center groove has sufficient tread depth to pass safety, but honestly would you feel safe and have your love ones driving around with bald shoulders. The car I bought has less than 9,900 kms but the front tires shoulder wear indicator triangle indicates tire should be replaced. I wouldn't call that normal, but DVNL consider that as normal wear. I missed that when I took delivery. I had faith when I was purchasing from a reputable dealership and I was wrong. Don Valley North Lexus does not respect customer's safety. Lesson learned - Shelve your excitement and examine the car thoroughly when taking delivery. Look inside and crawl under. Apart from the tire safety hazard, I had to clean the interior myself when I got home. Interior had food stains and boot marks (yes boot marks) and trunk was filled with wood debris. Look at the pictures and decide .... are all the positive reviews for real

I purchased an RX350h from Alireza Poormasoum and couldn’t have had a better experience. One thing to note - there is a “dealer add-on” that you SHOULD accept is their Standard Coverage Protection Package that includes the TAG anti-theft system. You will save $500/year on theft surcharges which more than pays for the cost. The entire staff is committed to providing a wonderful customer experience! 5-Stars all the way for this wonderful product and the DVNL team that represent it!
