Dondelinger Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I had to have my Ram truck towed to Dondelinger Ram in Grand Rapids, Minnesota after it wouldn’t start while we were visiting from Iowa for a camping trip. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they got me in right away and took great care of us. Bob, my service advisor, was outstanding. He provided excellent customer service, kept me informed throughout the process, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. The service team quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad battery and replaced it under warranty, getting us back on the road. Thanks to Bob and the entire staff, our weekend camping trip was saved. I really appreciate their professionalism, quick turnaround, and willingness to help someone who was far from home. Great job by Bob and everyone at Dondelinger Ram. I highly recommend their service department to anyone needing reliable and friendly service.

The service rep was professional, communicative and accommodating. The wait area was clean and provided beverages and popcorn while I waited for my car. We had a good time the team there was nice they had many options and did not try to overwhelm you they had options for off road on road they found the best car for us that fitted us the best 5/5 stars
