Purchased a car a few years ago from Alex. First interaction was great. Got me into the car super easy. Here we are today, 2026. The Jeep Grand Cherokee has $13k in repairs for just safety. Imagine. Now I need a brand new engine ($9k) due to the lack of maintenance or even review before selling a vehicle to honest customers. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB. Be very aware of this place. I should have lawyered up first after the water pump and air suspension went down within a month of purchase.
