Donohoo Chevrolet Fort Payne- Hands down the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience I have ever experienced. I was out of town for work when I found the 2026 Tahoe my wife was looking for online. Used the dealer website communication tool to reach out to the dealership and Vyshonn Daniel (Sales Pro) replied immediately setting up a reservation for me. The vehicle was priced extremely competitive and well below others I found in / around my area. Since I was out of town, Vyshonn gladly took detailed photos of the truck and answered any questions I had. He didn’t just send me “stock” photos from the website, they were photos that he took himself. We made the 4.5 hour (300 mile) drive to Fort Payne AL. When we arrived, Vyshonn Daniel was standing there with the Tahoe (show room ready) backed to the dealer doors . We took a quick test drive, Stephanie Ballard had the paper work completed quickly and we were ready to take delivery. They even provided a detailed “tutorial” on the technology of the vehicle and got my wife’s phone connected and OnStar activated. BUY HERE PERIOD. I live in florida and “had” a deal somewhere and they hid costs. Called Donohoo and Duane answered. Within 53 minutes had a deal done including i had a trade in! Beyond honest, kind and gracious. No hidden anything here. I drove 8 hours north the following day and within 30 minutes i was driving home! When does that ever happen?? Duane was off on day of arrival but Jason took great care of me and got everything finalized. Financing was done through them as well. All that was done prior to my arrival. Car was washed and ready to go. Please do yourself the favor and experience an amazing car buying experience.
