Beware of This Dealer - Taking Advantage of Latino Customers My son purchased a 2023 Dodge Ram (VIN: 1C6SRFJT1PN602291) with 1,019 miles, including both a manufacturer’s warranty and an extended warranty. He put down a $12,000 payment and was charged an 18% interest rate, resulting in a monthly payment of $1,751. my son has pay a total of $33012 so far. The check engine light came on the very next day after the purchase. Despite repeated attempts to have the dealer repair the truck, it completely broke down in March 2024. We dropped the truck off at the dealer in March, expecting it to be repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty. It has now been over 4 months (and 23 days), and we have received no updates or explanations regarding the status of the repairs. My son has been forced to continue making $1,751 monthly payments for the last 5 months, all while being without transportation. We are seeking help from the FTC because it seems the dealer is failing to honor the warranty and is taking advantage of my son's situation. The financial burden of paying for a vehicle he can't use has been overwhelming. today august 16-2024 the dealer refused to provide a report of what is wrong with the truck after five months in the shop, last month they report my son late to credit bureaus because we don't want to pay last month payment until they give us an answer on what was happening with the truck, forcing my son to paid $1751 payment or they will continue reporting him late T&D Financing, LLC is a finance company the dealer owned Please be aware of the practices of this dealer, especially in their dealings with the Latino community. They seem to exploit customers' lack of understanding of their legal rights.

I got a 2017 jeep from here I had a few problems with it after I got it but they took care of them for me they spent like 4000 dollar fixing a gear issue on the jeep they told me they stand behind what they sale and they did I'd definitely get another vehicle for them in the future.
