Careful, these are the guys who sold a truck then reported it stolen!!

My wife and I purchased a beautiful 2024 VW Atlas SEL from Doral Volkswagon earlier this month. I had spoken and received quotes from over 40 dealerships before speaking to the team at Doral and can say without a doubt that they were the absolute best dealership to work with!! Their prices were amazing, their willingness to negotiate and work towards a fair offer, and their communications with me were fantastic! Once we got to the dealership ( which was a 6 hour drive from our home), we were blown away by their showroom, hospitality, and above all customer service. Our sales representative Noslen was amazing through the entire sales process, Juan handled our financing and was happy to dive into the numbers with me, and Imanol was great with setting up our VW app features while waiting for the car to be ready. Their professionalism and customer service puts them in a league of their own, but they even threw in free Volkswagon accessories including a VW first aid kit, top tier interior matts, road side kit, trunk cover, and more. It totaled almost $500 of accessories we never expected and this was for a used vehicle! From start to finish, I can not say enough about how amazing this dealership is and the team inside of it. Even being over 400 miles away, they will be my first call anytime I am in the market for another vehicle.
