Dormani Infiniti

Better priced dealerships around for same model Infiniti. Good selection (when I went). Arrogant salesman. Bare minimum done for the car. They were supposed to change the windshield because of crack - never happened. Were supposed to provide chip for GPS took 3 phone calls, emails and ultimately me paying for it and getting them to refund me. Don’t waste your time and go elsewhere. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of the selection and customer areas.

I recently purchased the 2019 Infinity QX50 and I am super satisfied with my purchase! Not only is the car luxurious and a pleasure to drive, but the entire process was made easy thanks to the help of sales manager Joe. Throughout the negotiation process, Joe was respectful and made sure that everything was clear and understood. I appreciated how easy it was to work with him and how he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing the Infinity QX50 and would highly recommend working with Joe and the team at the dealership. Thank you for making this a smooth and enjoyable process!

The service provided by the new sales manager Jonathan was excellent. He was professional and courteous. Being an Ottawa resident and a first time Infiniti buyer, I would highly recommend the drive to Gatineau. The entire process went smoothly and was very enjoyable.

Last visit at this location and mario was moved to an other location and it shows . I waited for my car and beside the service who was not at its best . I was i the waiting room when the cleaning guys came in with a persistent caught and wearing his mask under the nose. I proceeded immediately outside and advise the service . No action where taken and they let me sit outside at -30 until he was done. Employees where also walking in and out with no mask. Stay away from this place for you safety. This is not the kind of service you expect from a luxury car dealer. Might go back to Audi after this .

Great org. Treated with respect. Employees are polite and very friendly. Sales staff listen to your concerns and are prepared to offer great alternatives. Service is competent and efficient. Would recommend to family and friends.
