Took a while, finally found The minivan, 2018, is in excellent condition. The salesman, Christian is great. Explains clearly, treats you with repect. We had several bank (ours) issues due to a merger. He was understanding and quick about makes paperwork changes to please the new bank. The breaks were rubbing, and they just fixed them. We will be forever grateful for the kind & capable team at Dorman’s. We broke down at the end of a family trip (still a few states away from home) and got towed here by AAA. The team worked with their community of parts providers to get us an alternator within an hour and got us back on the road same day. Rick and team went above and beyond and I’d recommend this shop to anyone! Lastly, a great clean bathroom and family waiting room which was really clutch with two young kids!

I’ve been bringing my car to Dorman’s for regular maintenance for a while now, and they’ve been great; they know what they’re doing, they work fast, and their prices are very fair. My parents have also brought their car here and had the same great experience. Most recently, my car was in an accident and needed a lot of work (new door, new wheel, and other fixes). John was incredible from start to finish. He explained everything that needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, advocated for me with my insurance company, and got me into a rental car immediately. He stayed in communication throughout the whole process, and the work was done much faster than I expected. When I picked up my car, it honestly looked brand new. The quality of the repair, the care, and the attention to detail were better than I could’ve imagined. John went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, I genuinely felt like they were looking out for me, not just my car. I can’t recommend Dorman’s Auto enough. I’ve taken my car to Dorman’s for service and repairs for several years, and they always do a great job at a fair price. Recently they went above and beyond with customer service to diagnose and repair the issue, working on the car several times until it was completely resolved. Every single time we have needed to take a vehicle to Dorman's Auto, whether it be for an inspection, maintenance, recall or repair, we have received top-notch service and care across the board. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians are courteous, knowledgeable and offer personalized customer service. I really trust that when it comes to our family vehicles, we are in good hands at Dorman's. As a busy mom, I appreciate that they always get us scheduled in right away whenever I call (ie: inspection expires this week!) and get our vehicles serviced quickly so that we are right back in our cars ASAP.
