Dennis and Alisha were great in helping us pick out the new outlander and making sure that we got the payment we wanted and got us the financing. Can’t thank them enough for everything. We will definitely be back again to buy another vehicle from them. Owen also helped get the paperwork ready. We test drove 3 different ones till we got the one we wanted. They tried pulling a bait and switch, so obviously not going to give my business to folks with such low morals. At the very least, I am grateful they refunded the deposit. But buyer beware, they will agree to a negotiated price over the phone and then quietly try and finance you for the full amount hoping you don’t notice. And then when you notice, they play dumb, don’t apologize, and pretend they never agreed to the negotiated price. Again, grateful they refunded the deposit, but still shouldn’t have pulled a bait and switch to begin with.

Alisha Mader was so helpful and knowledgeable. We really appreciated her pleasant personality. The experience was outstanding!

Tim here: I would have given 5 stars except the shop had my 2015 Silverado truck for 64 days and I know not whose fault that was but between battling the extended warranty company for payment and other issues such as getting the right mechanic to work on it and not knowing what was wrong with my engine this whole situation became so very very frustrating. Of course that's a understatement 🙄. But, finally its over and I have my truck and it's running and sounding great. Praise God!! But, this sure was a hard pill to swallow cause the process took so looooonnnggg. That part was incomprehensible. Nevertheless all that's behind me now and I would like to thank the GM mechanic that finally got it fixed but I know not his name. And also would like to give thanks to Kent Quackenbush for his efforts and the honcho Jacob Seletzec. Hope my spelling of their names is correct? Jacob was the best on empathy, feeling our frustrations which at different times didnt help us during the 64 day ordeal. And he kept me updated and informed once he became involved. So usally what the devil meant for evil God turns it around for good. Will I go back there? I would say YES.. I feel I can trust them even through this bad experience.

Just got my first brand new car I've ever owned.. Jay Dorman helped me out of a bad situation, and put me in a good one, my car is covered the whole time I'm paying on it! Couldn't be happier!
