I found myself at a place where noone wants to be. My beloved and faithful car of 10 plus years broke down on me. I was devastated and lost. While I loved my old car it was beyond repair. I was referred to Shawn! Shawn was amazing from the 1st text to the day he handed me the keys to my dream car. Let me tell you what made him amazing. 1. He took the time to KNOW me (what I drove, what type of work, energy etc) 2. He then showed me some pictures. 3. Then he challenged me. (What type of car did you want or dream of?) I told him. Not expecting them to have one in stock. 4. He walked me through the steps with patience because I was overwhelmed and acting special. He gently prompted me to send the info, stay on my lender, insurance. He did all of this with patience and directness. 5. He found my dream car! 6. He was even friendlier in person!! We conducted 90% of this business from my home making it the easiest experience EVER! My car is in top notch condition and exceeded my expectation as did Shawn!!!

He had details about the car and what your warranty has to offer and gets you the best deal to help your needs. In finance Ronell is your man to get your financing worked out for the best bank to manage your payments and give you the run down of what's covered, what's available to be covered and the pros and cons of your agreement. Both extremely polite and helpful and patient with us. Prayers to each ones family as it's a blessing to bless others in making car purchases easy and free of worry. I brought a 2024 Jeep Compass last week. It's a beautiful shad of blue. Brought it on Tuesday and Thursday morning my best friend and I drove it on vacation to Sunset Beach. It drives and rides so smooth. Gre a t gas mileage. A big shout out to Kris Martin who handled everything for me. He was respectful and friendly, wasn't pushy. He was helpful when I had to go back to ask questions and find out how to operate a couple things I didn't think to ask. Thanks Kris and Dough Henry for a great vechile and excellent care and service. I high recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My husband and I both bought our cars from Doug Henry. We continue to take our cars there for service and I’m telling you the service department is amazing! They are professional, considerate and are all about customer satisfaction. Nick runs a top notch service department and Cindy goes over the top to make sure we are taken care of.
