Rich Anderson went the extra mile for us! He checked on everything and stayed in touch throughout the process of helping me get into the car I wanted. We found a vehicle online from Doug Smith in American Fork. Pedro, the sales representative promised to honor the online price. We test drove the car and it was beautiful. Then Pedro began back peddling on his promise to honor the listed price. He said that it hadn’t been through the shop yet, but promised to cover any repairs needed on his dime. Again, he back peddled and started changing the terms. He had us give him a $500.00 deposit to hold the vehicle. The price was already very close to the top value, but Pedro wanted to add more money to the price by saying that the vehicle had a lot of problems and it would be up to me to cover the cost if I wanted it. We canceled the deal due to Pedro’s dishonesty, and to this day, our deposit has not been returned. Funny thing is we found the same Jeep, one year newer than Doug Smith’s Jeep, at another dealership and we saved $1000.00 over Pedro’s price and his mathematical gymnastics. This is a very dishonest dealership.

We drive over an hour to get here and we would do it again in a heartbeat beat. Tyler was so helpful and we never felt any pressure. The entire transaction was a smooth process and when we are ready for another vehicle we will be back.
