They are always welcoming, they explain everything to you, and they give you an estimate of when the car will be ready for pickup so you can plan your day. It's a great place to work with. I am very grateful for Ricky, he was so very polite and professional. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he didn’t try to sell us anything outside of our range, he was even accommodating in bringing another vehicle to the lot so we could see all our options. We ran into some delays getting the check to them with a holiday and transfer of funds, but he made sure to stay in contact with us so we knew the car didn’t sell while we were waiting. Recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Ram Rebel 1500 from Doug Smith Dodge Ram. Live up North in the Ogden Valley but was willing to drive the 85 miles to get down to Spanish Fork to check the truck out as it had the options I was looking for. Did my best to check out all the systems and such and everything on it appeared to be good when we arrived for a test drive. The truck had about 3000 miles on it so practically brand new. Did my homework before driving down and according to Ram's own website, a certified pre-owned truck must pass an "extensive 125-point inspection by factory-trained technicians." Inspection includes everything inside and outside the truck. "The trucks are reconditioned using authentic Mopar parts to restore them to a like-new condition." As the pictures below illustrate, after purchasing the truck and getting it home, I was showing it to my neighbor and we opened the back gate. It wasn't until this point that I saw the drilled holes throughout the back tailgate. In a couple of the holes, the screw was actually broken off. Needless to say, I immediately thought of the possibility of rust in open holes with winter moving in. I contacted the salesman to discuss the very next day. Sent him the pictures and heard back from him that they could sell me replacement panels. Not sure that's what is meant by like-new condition. I realize I missed this holes on initial inspection but my expectations were that the inspection and repairs for certified pre-owned trucks would have caught this before placing it for sale to the public so in retrospect I should have been double careful in my inspection. My experience with our sales guy was good which is why I didn't give this review no or 1 star. I had asked to speak with the manager, who did call and leave a message. I called him back and left a message and have never heard back from him since. Truly disappointed in the lack of careful inspection for a pre-owned truck and for the lack of any response that said - let's help work through this for you - from the dealer. I expected more from a certified pre-owned as I could have simply purchased a new truck with none of the garbage holes that were drilled into the tailgate.

Service team at Spanish Fork Doug Smith were awesome. On my Dodge ram I’ve had all sorts of warning lights come up for a long time and at a different Doug Smith dealership they weren’t able to correctly identify and fix. The guys in Spanish Fork did it, got the parts and took care of me for a great price.I have a new service home thank you thank you!
