I drove all the way from Oregon just to buy from this dealership, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Ben and Garett were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. There was zero pressure, just honest people who wanted to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I truly feel like I got the best deal anywhere I could find, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. If you’re considering making the trip, it is 100% worth it. We love our new Subaru!

Such a pleasant process. We worked with Alex F and got a 2015 Subaru forester. We experienced some issues with it after only having it a couple days and were able to work things out with maintenance to get those taken care of for a small fee (even comfort issues)! While I think that’s how it should be, I did sign for the car as is, so they weren’t required to. Since I was just outside of their range they would cover an uber & was leaving in a couple days for a trip, they worked with me to help me get home & get my car. Staff is so friendly (not just with customers but you can tell they really get along with each other)! The whole experience being there is a vibe. Felt very taken care of.

We all know car buying is a process. But, at Doug Smith Mitsubishi the whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Our salesman was Rich Anderson and he was wonderful throughout the whole process and very patient with me while I was trying to decide. Chris Smith is the sales manager and was fantastic, as well. Then came time for the walk-thru of the vehicle and learning how everything works. Alex did the best job of walking through each feature with us. Last came the financing. We completed this step with Robert. He was so fun and made this part painless. Everyone we interacted with did a great job and we are very happy with our purchase. We will definitely be back!

Robert was our salesman and definitely gave us a five star experience. We talked to him ahead of time about the car on the website when we arrived it was waiting out front for us to test drive.
