Everyone is very nice and helpful. I have never had such a good experience with any other dealership. They did not have the color I wanted on the Outback, but had it their the next day. They worked with me so I could get what I wanted.

Great place to shop, great place to buy! They got us fixed up with the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. The staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Had a 1030 service appointment due to my scheduled. I showed up at 9 am to just drop it off. basically was told can't do that come back at 10:30. That's what appointments are for. So if you have a busy schedule don't bother with Douglas Subaru because you can't drop off your car before your appointment time. Keep in mind was not asking for it to be looked at prior to appointment just wanted to drop it off. Big let down
