They seem to want to keep themselves in business by running people off the road. Not only did they not yield when they were losing a lane to a merge, but they proceeded to speed up aggressively to get beside and push me to the median. They then later ran a red light without stopping. If you represent a business and are driving a large and potentially dangerous vehicle, you should use greater caution. I wouldn't trust you with a vehicle again. The photo evidence provided actually shows that the truck did exactly what was described. Notice the red light that the truck did not stop at (2nd photo). The vehicle on the left (with lane priority in the 1st photo) ahead of the truck before the truck sped up to force it into the dashed area in the center of the road. (3rd photo) A vehicle that is ahead AND in the lane that is not being lost should not be forced off the road. It has priority in both respects. You need to learn the rules of the road if you work with cars.

Best shop around! Recently had to deal with both a hit and run and a collision with a deer to different vehicles. Jarid and Drew both really look out for their customers and perform the work with the quality of work and safety that all customers would want. Despite pressure from insurance to use rushed labor and non EOM parts, Douglassville Auto Body made sure to use the appropriate parts to keep the vehicles under warranty and restored both to perfect condition. Would give 10 stars if allowed!

I took my car in for service on my rear lights. They did a fine repair job, and it was quick. Sadly my review is weighed down by the fact that I was told the key would be one place and I showed up to get my car after hours. The key wasn’t there, it was locked inside their shop. They rectified the situation by sending someone over quickly. But I was pretty annoyed that the employee ‘forgot’ (after I spoke to him maybe 3-4 hours prior) & I had to just stand in the 10 degree weather that night for 20 minutes until someone came to give me my key.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. Stay away from Jarid. He performed work without my permission and charged me for it. Yes, I have documented proof of that violation and a number of others he made. I confronted Jarid about this and his first response was “I knew you were going to be a problem as soon as you walked in here”. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Even after all of that, I had to fix the illegal work his team did on my own. I did more research after my altercation and found others had similar issues but their feedback is buried on yelp and other forums. Take my advice and stay away. There are much better, trustworthy and reputable businesses in the area who’ve I had really good experiences with since then.

Dropped it off with 4 good tires, no leaks. Spoke to them 4 times about the inspection and coolant hose leak no mention of tires then he charged me on the final day for a new tire because of a metal piece in the tire that happened while they had it.
