I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Brian on the purchase of my 2026 Toyota 4Runner. Chris worked tirelessly to assist me with the purchase. He was very informative, answered all my questions promptly and even started working with me prior to the opening hours. Dylan was a great help in matching me with my new vehicle. I appreciate him thinking outside the box. When we arrived he saw us checking out a new Tacoma, but it was far from our budget. We test drove a new Corolla Cross, but although we liked it, just weren't sold. He found a 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz that had been traded in. With its low mileage, it was perfect for us.

I have been buying from Downeast Toyota since the 1990's. I have always been impressed with the way they treat their customers, not just as customers but as friends. I stopped in the other day to look at a 4Runner they had out front and met Steve Maker. Steve showed me the 4Runner set me up for a test drive, when I returned we looked at a new 2026 4Runner which I liked even more. Steve explained all the various features and did an excellent job at all the paperwork. Ended up with a brand new vehicle in no time at all. I was impressed at his knowledge in all aspects of the sale, from vehicle features to handling all the paperwork. I would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a vehicle.
