I had a great experience working with Downtown Ford of Sacramento in my recent pickup truck purchase. Hamid and his team gave me a competitive price, delisted the vehicle once negotiations began in earnest, and then helped me set up delivery and paperwork for a remote purchase. Working with Hamid helped take the anxiety out of buying remotely. He took videos of my truck and even jumped on a FaceTime call to show me every nook of this thing, inside and out. The truck arrived just as advertised, and Hamid even went to the trouble of filling it up so that it arrived in my driveway with a full tank of gas. I live in Montana, but I would absolutely bring my business back to Hamid and Downtown Ford of Sacramento in the future.

My wife and I were in search for a new truck after insurance totaled ours. I love Ford trucks, but was in search of a Toyota Tundra. I wasn't expecting to find the perfect one that suited our needs at a Ford Dealership. When we arrived, we were greeted by a few sales associates that were clearly busy. But they took 30 seconds to see how they can help us. You guys have an amazing team. Tony was our sales associate. We walked the lot and checked the vehicles out. The lot was super organized. When we saw Tony getting the truck ready for us to check out and test drive, you can see the dedication in his work and his heart to help his customers. Honest guy, no pressure, great listener, and super professional. At the end of the test drive, we walked inside and began to crunch numbers. He answered all of our questions regarding the process.
