Had a chance to visit Downtown Volkswagen when I was in town, and had a great experience. I was greeted with a smile when I arrived for my appointment and everyone all the way up to Devan who is the General Manager, was so nice and kind. Highly recommend if you’re shopping for a VW!

We just picked up our new 2026 Tiguan R-Line Turbo. This is our 6th VW vehicle and our son has had three. The build quality and new features on this Tiguan are outstanding, especially at this price point. The staff at Downtown Volkswagen are wonderful to deal with and are very professional. A week ago my husband purchased the new 2026 VW Tiguan turbo and he is very pleased. I have a year old VW Taos and together we have purchased 5 vehicles from Downtown Volkswagon in recent years. I would like to spend a few minutes to tell you about our experience last August. We were heading to Winnipeg on vacation in my husbands 2022 VW Tiguan at 0550 am when we lost our air conditioning by Pass Lake. This was problem considering we were heading to Winnipeg where it was predicted to be 36 degrees. No a/c was a no-go for us. We thought of returning to Terrace Bay to get my new Taos, but decided to roll the dice with DTVW. At 0610 am, we were at DTVW door when Bert came out and we informed him of our problem. He asked us to return at 0645 when he had a tech coming in. We did. By 0810 am, we were back on the highway to Winnipeg with a temporary fix and a/c. That kind of caring, high performing service you will not get at another dealership and certainly not at 0600 am. I know that I can always count on Bert and his team to do the very best, for every customer and in every situation as they certainly have for us over the years. I can say that we are very happy to be part of the Downtown Volkswagon family and will continue to drive their quality vehicles. From the professional sales team, to the top notch accomodating service department and masterful high performing leader, this dealership has it all!
