Doyle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We were at Doyle Dodge on Thursday the 30th to look at a Ram, I have to say this was the nicest experience we have had at any dealership in town (and we've been to multiple) during the month of April. Within seconds of entering we were greeted by multiple staff who were friendly, curious and outgoing. We let them know we had an appointment with Will. They were very quick to inform Will we had arrived and set us up in their lounge which was very well appointed. Within 5 minutes Will arrived, met us and introduced us to Matt who inspected our trade in truck. Will then showed us all the features of the Ram we were interested in and sent us off on a test drive. When we got back both Will and Matt were very efficient on getting trade in values and doing there best to get us a deal that would work with my self imposed budget, pulling out all the stops. Unfortunately we were not able to work something out on that truck (yet) but are working to find one that will meet my limits lol (It was an amazing offer but I'm funny about what I want to spend on things lol). To summarize Doyle Dodge had the friendliest, most outgoing, professional, courteous and competent sales staff of any of the dealerships we have visited for all the big brand locals which includes both GM dealerships, both Ford dealerships and the other Chrysler dealership in town. Just an outstanding experience, can't recommend enough. ***UPDATE*** Well thanks to the continued efforts of Matt, Will, Connor, Julia and I'm sure others on the team I am missing, we were able to work out a deal on a beauty of a Ram 1500 bighorn. Again I can not express how pleasant, professional and friendly the staff and experience was purchasing at Doyle dodge. Thanks everyone, we are looking forward to driving the new Ram and our continued relationship with the team at Doyle Dodge.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had a very long and stressful experience with our daughter Jeep, and I truly want to recognize the outstanding service we received from the team at Doyle Chrysler. A very special thank you to Mitch in the service department. Throughout the entire repair process, Mitch made sure our daughter always had a vehicle to drive while her Jeep was being worked on and while technicians worked through an extremely difficult issue. He was patient, understanding, compassionate, and communicated with us honestly throughout the process. Having reliable transportation was incredibly important for our daughter’s job and daily life, and Mitch truly went above and beyond to help reduce the stress of the situation. When it came time to trade the vehicle in, our experience at Doyle’s continued to be positive from the moment we walked through the doors. The atmosphere was welcoming, upbeat, and professional, with genuinely friendly and jovial employees. Connor, our sales representative, was extremely accommodating and kind throughout the entire process. We had travelled a distance and spent a long day at the dealership, and Connor even sent us out for lunch and covered the bill while we finalized the negotiations, which was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The finance manager Justin who finalized everything was also professional, patient, and very accommodating, making the process smooth and comfortable for us. Overall, despite starting from a very stressful vehicle situation, Doyle Chrysler turned the experience into a positive one through excellent customer service, communication, and care. We truly appreciate everything the team did for our family and would absolutely recommend Doyle Chrysler to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. It really was a “Doyle’s Difference”!!

Would rate 0 if possible. Purchased vehicle at partnered dealership several years ago and every service appointment has been a fight for them to do anything except waste time and/or ignore what i was reporting. Took nearly 6 months to get an invoice that was missing key details and misrepresented condition of vehicle upon initial visit, after providing negligent advice that put me at risk on the road when refusing to diagnose my vehicle power loss issue because "the check engine light wasnt on so they had nowhere to start". Absolutely terrible, and borderline criminally negligent customer service, shuttle driver last year openly shared how doyle regularly upcharges unsuspecting customers and does their best to avoid warranty work because it doesn't pay as much. Im unfortunately stuck dealing with them until I move cities or run out of warranty as they are "the" shop that services jeeps Sudbury. 0/10 would not even recommend to my ex-wife.

I’ve been buying from Doyle for many years, and getting Ram trucks from them has always been easy and enjoyable. Every experience has been a great one. My most recent visit was just as smooth and hassle-free, they had a wide selection of inventory to choose from. Will send ppl there.

Best experience with trading and buying a car! Very traditional dealer ship, with true values as was long time ago , when it was just open. Eric helped us with everything! He is awesome representative!! No stress at all. Everything is fast , clear and fair. Right people on a right place at Doyle’s shop. Highly recommend!!
