Drayton Valley Ford

The whole buying experience was incredible, right from the first contact with Heather all the way through vehicle pickup. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Cody and other staff. Bhavika was great and Isaac was also just wicked nice and helpful. I can’t say enough about this dealership. I feel like I’m now friends with them. Just honest and genuine people. I’m from Calgary and I’ll likely travel there for future Ford purchases. And of course we love the truck - DVF made my dream come true!

Drove 800 kms to deal with Drayton Valley Ford. It was 100% worth it. Heather and the entire team were fantastic! (We met them all) We got the exact vehicle we wanted at an amazing price. As a former Ford dealer myself, I know how important honesty and integrity are. They did not disappoint. We shopped around, and they provided everything we needed to feel very comfortable making the drive. Do yourself a favor and see what small town hospitality and sincerity is all about!

I had my car here for quick lane to have my tires and rims swapped. Terri at the front desk was absolutely amazing to talk to, she was very informative and just overall an absolute delight. My car was in and out super fast and I even came back to get them torqued. While I waited I wandered over to the show room. I was introduced to Issac as I had a few questions regarding a mustang in the show room. Caught him off guard with a few questions regarding competitor vehicles haha but, he was still great to laugh with and pass some time. I enjoy the odd drop ins with the staff brightens my day! 😁

Don't recommend them at all. Was a bad experience all the way around. Had my wifes car in over a year ago. Ask if there was any recalls on it was told no. This year had it in was told fly while is cracked and that there was a recall on it never got a letter or a call and they won't fix it because they say its over the km. Want us to pay out of pocket. Salesman called and wanted to put it on a auction site and said everything that was wrong with it. Had a sale and his sales manager screwed that up because he scared everyone away. Had my truck in for a oil change. Was told i have a pinion seal and ball joints gone. Only 47000 k all highway and parts are failing. Had to argue and fight to get it covered under warranty. All they want to do is replace it with the same cheap parts thats in it already so when it fails again i will have to pay out of pocket. Will just fix the truck myself not giving them the business. Not impressed with this place. When you buy a new truck the dealer should be more willing to look after you not treat you like this. Don't expect my business again Update as you can see its always the customers fault and not theirs. As for my wifes car. I was specifically told by a service advisor that it is a recall. Can see the story has changed by them again. And as for my truck All i asked for on my truck was something i could grease so it would last longer. After they treated me like shit and said my truck wasn't covered is when I said I would go aftermarket and fix it myself. You can see how the deflect everything and nothing is their fault. I will be telling everyone to go elsewhere and not deal here.

I'll start by saying I normally hate buying cars from dealerships -- but DV Ford made it pain free and easy. Set up a test drive via text, came in an hour before close and walked out with a signed deal an hour and a half later, with easy financing and no high pressure BS. Isaac and Bhavika were a pleasure to deal with in sales and finance and the car looked great when we came to get it two days later. Recommended.
