Purchasing our brand-new vehicle from Drayton Valley was a fantastic experience, and Crystal was an absolute pleasure to work with. We looked at several dealerships in Edmonton, but the drive out to Drayton Valley was well worth it. Their pricing was competitive, and the overall customer experience was a breath of fresh air. Crystal was knowledgeable and approachable, not pushy like a typical car salesperson. Chris from Finance was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The overall communication was seamless throughout, and the entire process of buying a new vehicle felt easy and stress-free. Ran into a young lady today at my workplace named Crystal. Her and her Husband came in to look for something to purchase for their home. We struck up a conversation about vehicles as I had just purchased one 3 months ago. She was super knowledgeable with how much the Hybrid vehicles have evoled with technology and definitely had me sold on a few options. I highly recommend you go to this dealership and ask for Crystal, as she was very knowledgeable, kind and helpfull in teaching me all the things Toyota has to offer in todays day and age. The staff at Drayton Valley are awesome! I really enjoy going there for my car service. Everyone is very helpful, especially at the service area. Special shoutout to kristi and the rest of the staff. The waiting area is comfortable, with free drinks, cable TV for entertainment, and fast Wi-Fi. I’ve had my car serviced there twice now, and I will definitely keep coming back even though I live in Edmonton.

First off, let me say that I have been buying vehicles here since 2010. I have bought 5 or 6 vehicles in this time and referred at least 10 others. The knowledge in the service department is as high as I have seen. Mark always answers my question and give great advice on what I should do with my vehicle as they age. Mark has been here for a long time and has been consistant in his helpfulness the entire time he has worked here. I buy vehicles from here based on the level of effort Mark puts in to keep my trucks on the road. Brett the mechanic always ask me how my trucks are making out when he sees me and answers my questions as well. The service desk people and parts person are currently the best crew I have seen in this dealership in the 16 years I have been buying vehicles from them. Rikki and Kristy in service, understand i need my vehicle for work and do their best to get me in in a timely fashion and work well around my schedule. Carlene in parts will dig deep for the random parts I need and gets my timely quotes at a fair price compared to what I would get them at the edmonton dealers I stop at. Last year I bought a vehicle from Crystal and it was pain free. Buying a vehicle is always the part I hate the most and it was easy. All my paperwork was ready on arrival and I spent a few minutes signing and was out the door in no time. If you hate the typical process of buying a vehicle give Crystal a try. It was pretty painless. The reception staff always say hi when you come in and the facility is always clean.
