I had a great experience buying my BMW i4 here. I was shopping from out of state and had been looking for the right car for a while, so responsiveness and trust mattered a lot. When I first contacted Waldir, he was very attentive and quick to help. The car was such a new listing that it had not even been fully processed yet and there were no photos online, but he checked availability right away, found it in the parking lot, and recorded a video tour for me. Waldir also helped make sure the car was fully processed, cleaned, and polished within a couple of days so I could fly to Indianapolis, see it in person, and decide whether to buy it. The purchasing process itself was smooth and pleasant, and I left feeling very happy with the car. What really stood out, though, was the follow-through after the sale. On the drive home, I noticed a rattling issue that wasn't present during the test drive and found a damaged wheel-well cover. Since the car was BMW Certified, I reached out, and Waldir got service lined up as soon as possible. The service department overnighted the parts they thought might be needed because they knew I was flying out Monday, diagnosed the tie rod issue, and handled the repair at no expense to me. This was by far one of the most pleasant dealership experiences I’ve had. I’m loving the car, and I really appreciated how Waldir and the team handled both the purchase and the post-sale support. I would happily recommend them to anyone shopping for a BMW, whether local or buying from out of state.

I saw the description of the BMW I5 I wanted on the website however there were no pictures because the car had just been received by the dealership. They quickly emailed me video and pictures of which I immediately fell in love. I talk to the dealership about price And we eventually came to an agreement. Based on the agreement with David, I decide to fly the very next day to Indianapolis from Maryland to take a look at the I5 M60… it was a beautiful car and I ended up purchasing it. David was great with his communication and helped with all the paperwork, great experience. I’m very happy with it 🥰

I had a fantastic experience here. I brought my car in for some warranty work. My service advisor Peter was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, a good communicator and genuinely cared that I was well taken care of. The facility is comfortable and well stocked with snacks and refreshments while I waited. The service was on point and efficient. My car came back spotless, both inside and out. They had washed the car and vacuumed out the interior. Probably the best dealership experience I’ve had.

My experience at Dreyer & Reinbold couldn't have been better. I was well rewarded for being a long term customer and so pleased with the new 840. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my cars.
