Dreyer & Reinbold VW

Bought a new 2024 Toas from D&R VW last week. Scott our salesman was excellent and a joy to work with. Same goes for Jim the finance guy. We absolutely loved how he explained options and used his high tech desk to review and sign documents. I had a check engine light come on after a few days of driving and the service department was top notch to address the issue and get it fixed quickly. Pretty sure they washed it before I picked it up which was a really nice touch.

The service staff was exceptional. The two gentlemen were kind, very personable and fun. They even arranged for my dirty car to be vacuumed and said it is part of thei VW service at no charge!!!! Both of these gentleman make you want to buy another new Volkswagen just to bring it back for an oil change and service work. The ladies were very nice and sweet as well. Straight forward group, go out of the way to listen to your concerns. Friendly easy to talk to, don’t pressure you into getting more than you asked for. They give all the details to what they find. They take a freaking video to show parts of the inspection. That’s awesome. Small edit, went in for the VW service center.

Scott was great! I absolutely hate buying cars and going to the dentist. Scott made the process a little more tolerable. They did not push me to buy the car. They did not force me to buy any add-ons. They gave a great deal on my trade-in and a good deal on my purchase, while always treating me respectfully. If they had or have another car, I want to buy in the future; I will certainly use them again. In fact, I will start my vechile search here first.
