Drive Appeal in Bloomington

Now that it's been a few weeks I feel confident leaving a review. First I want to give credit to Mike for making this such a breeze. I live in South Dakota and found my car online at this location. I sent a little form online, and immediately was given more information. From there it was the easiest car purchase I've ever had. I was able to do it all through through text, financing was a breeze, answered all my questions, and even the paperwork was convenient and streamlined on my phone. I made a 4 hour drive to get my car, and I couldn't have been inside more than 5 minutes, before I had the keys in hand and was ready to go. I had a minor concern over something a few weeks after owning the car, but I was reminded I have a warranty I could fully use to my advantage to get it checked out and repaired if needed. That alone speaks volumes compared to some dealerships. So thank you Mike, if i ever need a car and you have it, I'll be back!

I had an all around great experience with Drive Appeal. I found the vehicle I wanted online, submitted an application, got a response, made my way to the dealership, and was driving off the lot in my new car all in under 3 hours. Not to mention they have a great warranty plan. Highly recommend.

I stopped by here to browse their selection and had a really pleasant experience. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different vehicles on the lot, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for without any high-pressure tactics. The facility was clean and welcoming, which made the whole process much more relaxed. I’d definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a new car.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Mike sold us a car knowing the transmission was bad. While there we asked him about the light and the cover being off the area where you hook it up to the computer and he said it was just broke. We didn't even make it home. When we tried to contact him regarding making this right he told us sorry it was sold as is. I explained that Minnesota Law states that it is illigal to knowingly sell a vehicle that has mechanical problems even if you say "selling as is" without disclosing that information and he blocked me from being able to contact the dealership. I was very nice in the conversation all I asked was that they make it right and either fix it or let us return it. My daughter is a single mom of 2 and just paid him all the cash she had to purchase this vehicle. The place is a sham and has horrible customer service. I dont know how people like him sleep at night. My attorney will be pursuing this. I would highly recommend not dealing with him. The prices are cheap for a reason, they lie.

My story is a crazy emotional one. I met Mike at drive appeal. He got me into my dream car. I had no heat in my Chevy traverse!!! Along with multiple other problems. Mike listened, watched me cry. He made sure I got a great deal and most of all a safe car. I have only been home a hour with the new car and I am still emotional! He went above and beyond to help me. He cared and genuinely wanted to get me in a safe car. Not to mention my first time talking to Mike , I told him my dream SUV. I took home my dream SUV. Mike I honestly can’t thank you and your team enough for how much you all cared and treated me like a real person buying a car. I have never had this nice of a SUV. He got it washed helped me connect my phone. Most of all Mike and his team listened and treated me with respected! I am forever grateful! She’s a beauty! My kids couldn’t believe there eyes. Thank you Mike!
