The staff is always busy, yet everyone still takes the time to be welcoming, understanding, and humble. A special thank you to Ray, who welcomed us with a smile and greeting as soon as we arrived and helped move vehicles from the warehouse to the lot. He directed us to Richard, who helped us with the Jeep Grand Cherokee that immediately caught both mine and my husband’s eye. Not only was the Jeep beautiful, but honestly all of their inventory stood out — clean, high-quality, prestige vehicles that were well kept and impressive to see. Thank you as well to Anthony, who helped with paperwork while also going out of his way to help another customer who accidentally spilled a drink by helping clean off his shoes. That small moment really showed the kind of people they are there. And thank you to Jay Jay for helping finalize everything and making the process smooth and stress-free. Even after purchasing the vehicle, the customer service never stopped. We came back multiple times for detailing and to change the title name, and every time we called with questions, everyone was patient, helpful, and professional.
