2022 Chevy Malibu is awesome so far our young salesman Alex Harmon didn’t disappoint he was very interactive with his conversation and keeping us informed on the process. Our Finance man Michael answered my questions and concerns with ease originally didnt want such a high payment he worked with the creditors to find me a surprisingly good rate. I never felt like there was a moment I was being “pushed” into buying a car because he was so honest and upfront through it all. Terrible service, from the website being an inaccurate description of the vehicle to the pushy behavior of the sale persons. I can to get a vehicle and was told that I couldn't have my scheduled test drive and the vehicle is damaged which wasn't stated before I showed up. Their first time buys program is a lie anyways bc the banks want you to still have an income higher than 18$ HOW DOES THIS HELP ANY FIRST TIME BUYER? (They want 8,995 for this toyota with undocumented carfax accident)

The first person hooked me in with her personality over the phone, and this is what made me want to skip over other dealerships and come to DriveHubler. She was outside when I arrived and met me with a warm smile on her face. She introduced me to the 2nd person, then shortly after I was convinced that it was God’s planning for me to buy my first car here at DriveHubler as I just moved to Indianapolis. The 2nd person was fun, light, but very informative sealing the deal. The 3rd point of contact made signing a lot of papers a breeze. There were absolutely no dead links in the chain. Thank you DriveHubler! ————————- Update 10/15/2025 I was a little too excited with the purchase. The Carfax I looked at didn’t account for what I’m about to explain. 3 weeks later, and a little research, I found there is a class action lawsuit on the 2016 Ford Fusion 1.5 L4 SE EcoBoost engines due to a defective design and it explains the problem with my vehicle regarding coolant intrusion with the loud sound of splashing, low coolant levels, misfirings, thick white smoke on startups. I changed the spark plugs twice already. The first couple weeks when the check engine light came on, I found they were worn and burnt. The same happened a couple weeks later. I put a borescope inside cylinder 1, and found oil intrusion around the perimeter of the piston crown. If you take a look at the new spark plugs in the picture then you know it’s the same case for the other cylinders. I’m taking it to HublerFord in Franklin, IN under the dealership warranty with Assurant, and hopefully I can get a new 2019 engine when Ford fixed their defective mistake. I will update later. ————————- Update: 10/24/2025 Under the extended dealership warranty by Assurant, I was able to take the car in and perform a diagnostic at a certified Ford dealership. The claim is that the 2016 Ford Fusion engines are defective and that I need a brand new engine updated to the 2019-2020 version where the defect was fixed. We are currently waiting to hear back from Assurant with the answer, and after everything goes smoothly I will update to 4 star. DriveHubler let me drive in a loaner vehicle before Assurant provides me a rental which is pleasing.
