Google Reviews

Positive reviews praise individual salespeople for their professionalism, patience, and attentiveness throughout the buying process, while negative reviews cite significant concerns about used vehicle quality, misleading descriptions, and unresponsive customer service following purchase. The dealership appears to have inconsistent experiences depending on both the salesperson and whether the vehicle is new or used.

Chris was my salesperson when I bought my Toyota, and he was wonderful! We had a great experience with him, he was extremely helpful and personable! Although I will probably never get a Subaru, if they have Toyota on the lot long down the line I’d be interested again!! The rest of the staff was also extremely polite! We had a wonderful experience!

I want to tell everyone that this is a dont go place. I purchased a car for my daughter a few months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Mind you..my grandson with Down Syndrome rides in this car so regardless, he's a kid and needs to be safe. So far we've had a rattling door because they refused to fix the latch on the inside, of which we didn't think it was a big deal because it was an easy fix. Then we were told by the salesman that the car had sirus xm radio but it doesn't, and that it also had a remote starter, which it doesn't. Then the windows come down in the car every so often as soon as the car turns on. My daughter calls her Christine and was ok with her quirky self. We could look past all of this stuff. However, the kicker was this week. The turn signal would go on and off at its leisure. We took it to our mechanic and they said it wasn't the bulb but the socket wires were being held together with painters tape and electrical tape. We've contacted them twice since yesterday and keep getting voicemail and no calls back. Has anyone else had these types of problems with them or is it just us?

Can take this for what it's worth but this dealer might be ok to buy new from where there is no worry about transparency, but, for used sales, stay away!!! Bought a used car from them and paid cash well over 10k for a Subaru. Was given a multi point checklist that stated everything was good, and inspected, put money down on it, test drove it and drove like new. Was told they were going to replace a few things, and found out they replaced the struts, which they were fine when we drove it, but after paying the rest off in cash, driving it home it made a horrible clunking noise in the front end. Took it back and had it checked, the salesman actually told me to turn the radio up to drown noises out! Over a year later, noise is still there after finding out it is in the rack and pinion after they did the struts with cheap aftermarket struts. A month after buying it, also had to replace two rear tires, rotors that were warped as well. How did that pass state inspection and make this "all good" checklist that stated those things were good? In the same time frame, transmission went and thankfully I had a 3rd party auto warranty and they had the car for almost 3 months after putting in 2 different transmissions. Buyer beware, they turn these used cars over to turn a quick dollar and I'm sure they were had for pennies on the dollar. This place should be ashamed of themselves for selling used cars that come with a lick and a promise. I get they are used cars, but to overprice them And lie about the condition is awful. I was also told the car had a guaranteed trade in value of 10,500 even after purchase, but the blue book came in at 4500!!

I bought a Crosstrek today from Tyler Putnam and had such a great experience. He went above and beyond from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured at any point. He took the time to answer all of my questions, worked with me to make everything feel comfortable, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I’m so happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend working with Tyler if you’re looking for a car.

Shout out to Driveway Subaru of Moon Township for making my car buying experience seamless from start to finish. Everyone from management, sales, compliance and finance were eager to help and very accommodating. My salesperson Tyler really went the extra mile for me… taking a deal I had found in Ohio and asking his manager to price match it. Tyler was attentive, respectful, not at all pushy, and extremely knowledgeable about the inventory on the lot. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
